User Data Privacy Add-in for Microsoft Azure Users

This feature enables the Administrator to hide the Mobile Number attribute of all the Users in the Active Directory which will restrict the Mobile number attribute to Hide from displaying to the other users or guests in Microsoft Office Applications (Both in Web & Client Versions).

Features in the Initial Release

  • Change the Mobile Number to “Hidden” from the Source (Azure Entra ID)
  • Mobile Attributes are saved to Custom Attributes for retrieval or for future reference.
  • Business Mobile and Mobile Attributes are set to Hidden. Other attributes can be set Hidden as per the Client requirements.
  • Users cannot access the other users Mobile Numbers or Business Numbers from any of the Microsoft Office Applications. (Viz: MS Outlook, MS Teams, SharePoint etc)
